            Reentry Permit:

            You can apply on this reentry permit by presenting it physically. Issuing of this determine that you as a lawful permanent resident. You can go abroad in 24 months having this reentry permit but it will not assure you by having this that you can reenter United States again.

            The lawful resident is being taxed on income worldwide. You should have filed a tax return where you must have to be careful in considering some foreign earned income exclusions to avoid inspection of the CIS.
